Small group personal training

Whatever your fitness goal, our small group personal training can help you achieve it. With a maximum of six members per expert trainer, every session is tailored to your abilities, goals, and needs. This isn’t a bootcamp or generic fitness class – each workout is personalised, whether you’re new to training, training for endurance, or focused on longevity or weight loss. Just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We also offer 1-on-1 personal training and semi-private training for even more customised support.

Everything you need to take back control of your health and make it stick – for good.

Whenever works for you! We run sessions every hour and half-hour throughout the day, from 6:00am until 8:30pm. Early riser? We’re ready at 6am. Prefer lunchtimes? Sorted. Can only make evenings? No problem. We’ve intentionally removed the “time barrier” – just open our app, book a slot that fits your life, and show up. Complete flexibility.

Membership is tailored around how many sessions you want to do each week. Most members train 2-3 times per week and invest around £270 per month. That said, before committing to a membership we always recommend starting with our 30-day programme – 3 sessions per week, nutrition coaching, gym access, and regular 1-on-1 reviews – for only £279. It’s the best way to experience everything Hall Training has to offer before deciding what’s right for you long term.

We run small group sessions with a maximum of six people – and it’s the perfect model. You get all the personalised attention, expert coaching, and programme customisation of one-on-one personal training, but with the added energy, accountability, and camaraderie of training alongside others. It’s personal training quality at a better price point, but way more fun. Every member follows their own programme tailored to their goals and ability, while benefiting from the motivation of a supportive group.

If you’re ready to commit to your health, you’re the right fit. Our members span ages 18 to 78 (average age 42) with an even split of men and women. Some arrive with zero gym experience and plenty of nerves. Others have trained before but need guidance to overcome an injury, break through a plateau, or rebuild after life got in the way. What matters isn’t where you’re starting from – it’s that you’re ready to start. Every session is tailored to your ability, your goals, and your body. You don’t need to be fit to join; you join to get fit.

We have two studios: North Oxford, based in Kidlington (OX5 1GL), and South of Banbury, based in Deddington (OX15 0TP).

Absolutely not. In fact, the majority of members who start with us are either complete beginners or haven’t exercised in a while. Our coaches are experts at adapting sessions to suit everyone in the room, so regardless of where you’re starting from, you’ll always get a great workout at the right level for you.

Everyone who comes to Hall Training does so because they either lack the confidence or know-how around exercise, or they need the accountability and motivation to actually show up and train. Because of this, we don’t offer a gym-only membership – instead, gym access is included as a add-on to our memberships, so you always have support alongside it.

Not at all. While we can offer full macro and meal planning for those who want it, most of our members thrive with the habits, skills, and guidelines we put in place – without the rigidity of a calorie-controlled diet. We’d rather build something you can actually stick to than a quick-fix fad diet.
