I started Hall Training because too many people feel lost, unmotivatedor judged in gyms. I wanted to build a place where fitness is empowering, not intimidating – a place where people from every background feel known, supported and able to grow. Our team doesn’t just coach reps; we coach habits, confidence and long‑term change. Every session is about steady progress, real belonging, and giving you the strength to take control of your health and unlock what you’re truly capable of.

Better training

Whenever works for you! We run sessions every hour and half-hour throughout the day, from 6:00am until 8:30pm. Early riser? We’re ready at 6amPrefer lunchtimes? Sorted. Can only make evenings? No problem. We’ve intentionally removed the “time barrier” – just open our app, book a slot that fits your life, and show up. Complete flexibility.

We run small group sessions with a maximum of six people – and it’s the perfect model. You get all the personalised attention, expert coaching, and programme customisation of one-on-one personal training, but with the added energy, accountability, and camaraderie of training alongside others. It’s personal training quality at a better price point, but way more fun. Every member follows their own programme tailored to their goals and ability, while benefiting from the motivation of a supportive group.

If you’re ready to commit to your health, you’re the right fit. Our members span ages 18 to 78 (average age 42) with an even split of men and women. Some arrive with zero gym experience and plenty of nerves. Others have trained before but need guidance to overcome an injury, break through a plateau, or rebuild after life got in the way. What matters isn’t where you’re starting from – it’s that you’re ready to start. Every session is tailored to your ability, your goals, and your body. You don’t need to be fit to join; you join to get fit.

Not at all  that’s exactly what we’re here for. Our members start at all fitness levels, from complete beginners who haven’t exercised in years to people managing injuries or health conditions. You don’t need to be fit to start; you start to get fit. We’ll assess where you are today, design a programme tailored to your current ability, and progress at a pace that challenges you without overwhelming you. Your starting point is just that – a starting point. 

We start everyone with our 30-Day Accelerator Programme at £279. This includes four weeks of personalised training, accountability, and everything you need to build momentum and see results. After your first month, you choose how often you’d like to train based on your goals and budget. Individual sessions are £33 each, and we typically recommend 2-3 sessions per week for sustainable, long-term results. You can find full programme details and pricing options here [start you journey].

We have two studios in Oxfordshire: one in Kidlington (just north of Oxford) and one in Deddington (near Banbury). Both locations offer free parking and the same high-quality coaching and equipment. Most of our members come from Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Woodstock, and surrounding villages. Check our locations page for addresses, directions, and photos of each gym.
