What's included in our Accelerator programme
Life happens, and we get it. While we encourage full commitment to see the best results, we understand that unexpected situations arise. You may not use all of your 12 sessions, and that’s ok as everyone’s different – we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits. If you need to miss a week due to illness, injury or travel, we can simply extend beyond these initial thirty days, we’ll work with you. The most important thing is starting and staying consistent where you can. The goal is progress, not perfection – and we’re flexible enough to adapt to your circumstances.
That’s entirely up to you. Most members choose to continue training with us because they’ve seen results and built habits they want to maintain. After your 30 days, you can continue at whatever frequency works for you as we have memberships that suit both budget and time. If it’s not for you, that’s absolutely fine too – we’ll be sad to say goodbye, but you’ll leave feeling stronger, healthier, and fitter than you were a month ago!
Whenever works for you! We run sessions every hour and half-hour throughout the day, from 6:00am until 8:30pm. Early riser? We’re ready at 6am. Prefer lunchtimes? Sorted. Can only make evenings? No problem. We’ve intentionally removed the “time barrier” – just open our app, book a slot that fits your life, and show up. Complete flexibility.
The 30-day accelerator programme is £279, which includes everything you need to kickstart lasting change: up to 12 expert-coached personal training sessions (3 per week), personalised nutrition guidance tailored to your lifestyle, full access to our HIIT classes and gym facilities, plus weekly accountability check-ins and ongoing support. We also offer flexible payment plans if you’d prefer to spread the cost.
Absolutely! We work with members managing all kinds of injuries, chronic conditions, and physical limitations. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your specific situation and adapt our programme that works around any restrictions. Our goal is to help you move better and feel stronger safely. If we feel a different approach would be better for you, we’ll be honest and point you in the right direction. Your health and safety always come first.
